Nomad UK Vehicle Preparation have leased a new workshop to  accommodate their ever growing business specialising in Land Rover vehicles. From bespoke modifications to Overland preparation, servicing and repairs, Nomad can undertake all work in house due to their new large workshop.

The specialist supplier of branded vintage and American pro sport clothing have moved into a new warehouse in Macclesfield. The property was only on the market for 8 hours before terms were agreed with Retro Street Vintage to take the property. 

Bollington Brewery have taken a lease on 32 Park Green, Macclesfield and will be turning the ground of the former Bathstore shop  into a 4,000sqft bar. 

Estates & Leisure have leased the offices Peak View in Macclesfield town centre to Hive Umbrella Ltd.
